Selling your Florida Home? Be Careful what Color you Paint it…

As you may already know, First impressions are everything when selling your home.

A buyer may ask questions about foundation, roof problems, leaks, etc. Maybe the condition of your appliances, quality of your neighborhood and schools but these factors are nothing in comparison to the feeling a buyer gets the First time they look at the house from the outside, let alone the inside.

Just the color of your house can send someone to the next for sale property; it can turn someone off completely if they don’t like the color. It is critical that the color is up-to-date and attractive.

If you are thinking of selling your home be careful what color you chose to attract potential buyers. While no one will think twice about painting a house in Key West, Florida peach, bright green or turquoise, chances are that buyers from Chicago will turn the other way.
